1. Shipping Time
Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5-7 business days.
Express Shipping: Delivery within 3 business days.
International Shipping: Delivery times may vary based on destination (7-14 business days on average).
2. Shipping Costs
Domestic Orders: Free shipping on orders within Delhi. a flat shipping rates applies to other cities/states which will be calculated at checkout.
International Orders: Rates vary based on location and will be calculated at checkout.
5. International Shipping
We proudly ship to most countries worldwide. Delivery times range from 7-14 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance procedures. International shipping costs vary based on the weight of the package and the country of delivery.
6. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor the status and estimated delivery time of your package on the carrier's website.
7. Delivery to Remote Areas
Orders destined for rural or remote areas may require additional time for delivery, typically an extra 2-3 business days. We recommend placing orders well in advance if you live in such areas.
8. Shipping Restrictions
Currently, we are unable to ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or countries under international trade embargoes. If your shipping address falls under these categories, you will be notified during checkout.

10. Address Errors OR Courier issues
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information. If an error is identified after placing the order, contact us immediately to update the address. The company shall not be held liable for any damage the occurs out of courier issues and weather related issues.
11. Return Window
We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date. This ensures ample time for you to evaluate your purchase. Returns initiated beyond this period will not be processed.
