Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes, we offer a 7-day return and exchange policy on all items, as long as they are unworn and in their original condition with tags attached. Simply visit our Returns page to start the process.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
Returns and Refunds: Orders placed with Cash on Delivery (COD) are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.
Prepaid Orders
Returns: If you’ve made a prepaid purchase, you may return the product within 7 days from the delivery date, provided that the item is in its original, unused condition and in the original packaging. Refunds: Refund will be credited to your original payment method with in 5 to 7 business days and your order will be exchanged and delivered with in 5 to 7 business days.
Shipping Concerns
Shipping times vary based on your location. Standard shipping within the country typically takes 3-7 business days, while international shipping may take 7-14 business days. However ,Homeshomme will not be liable for any damage or delay arising out of issues directly related to our shipping partner. You are thus requested to contact the delivery partner in such an event. Also do write to us at grievance@homeshomme.com with your proof of purchase.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your item is defective, damaged, or broken upon arrival, please record a video when unboxing the product as evidence. If the product is confirmed defective or damaged due to a mistake by Homeshomme, you will be entitled to a full refund including the delivery charges. General Guidelines
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team within the allowed return window. The product must be unused, in the same condition as when received, and with all original tags and packaging intact. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or we shipped the wrong item.
